Adult classes starting tonight, October 7th at 6pm.
Don't miss out on the fun, come and get in shape while having the time of your life.
Increased energy, co-ordination and a natural high can all be achieved by giving yourself a little time to take a class!! Come and see for yourself!!
Registration is still on going as there are a few places left.

Registration begins 18th September!!
The registration has been changed to the 18th due to Cote St, Catherine's being closed on the 12th.
September 18th, from 10am until 12.30pm.
